Timely communication of patients’ medical condition and work status is given high priority at Parkview. The transcribed appointment notes are faxed to the adjuster, RN case manager and/or employer within 24-48 hours of the patient’s appointment. At each appointment, the injured worker is given a work status update form indicating treatment, medications and testing requested, as well as current and anticipated dates for returning to work.
