Introduction
Nate Bell is a certified physician assistant who practices out of our Palos Heights office. He works alongside Dr. Shah, primarily treating patients with sports-related injuries, illnesses and conditions.
Nate received his bachelor’s degree in 2007 from Northern Illinois University, where he graduated on the Dean’s List and had been a recipient of both the Centennial Scholarship and the SBC Foundation Scholarship. While a student, he was selected for a prestigious athletic training internship with the Chicago Bears. Nate then earned his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. Nate joined Parkview Orthopaedic Group in 2010.
As a physician assistant at Parkview, Nate’s primary responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures; diagnosing illnesses; developing and managing treatment plans; ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests; prescribing medications; and more.
