Our Office Locations

Parkview Orthopaedic Group has five convenient locations serving the southwest suburbs of Chicago: Palos Heights, New Lenox, Oak Lawn, Mokena and Joliet. Physical therapy appointments and radiology services are available at all five office locations. Other available services vary by location, so please visit the individual office pages for more information.

Our listed office hours are general and do vary by location and by doctor, so please confirm prior to visiting. After office hours, calls will be routed through our answering service. Please call the main office number in Palos at 708-361-0600 or New Lenox at 815-727-3030 and you will be assisted.

As a note, our administrative support staff is primarily found at our two main office locations in Palos Heights and New Lenox.
